RAILKO NF22 bearings are used in examples such as slaughtering machines, packaging equipment, escalators, and glass bottle cleaning equipment where they show long life with low wear rates which reduces operating cost.

Through third party testing in UK lime quarries, over 50 hours of continuous ground engagement, FEROBIDE exhibits a resistance to impact 63% better than high quality tungsten carbide. FEROBIDE couples this with a resistance to abrasion 8 times better than 500HB boron steels, 4 times better than chromium carbide hard-face overlay plates, and more than 3 times better than white cast iron. FEROBIDE exhibits a resistance to abrasion which is comparable to commercial tungsten carbide.

FEROGLIDE bearings consist of a woven PTFE fabric with strengthening fibres applied to a metal backing. FEROGLIDE bearings are typically used in valves, hydro power equipment, lifting equipment and many other applications. Valve manufacturers value the FEROGLIDE stainless steel and Inconel 625 grades due to their high load carrying capability and chemical resistance.
